افتتح الدكتور شريف فاروق، وزير التموين والتجارة الداخلية، بالإنابة عن دولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء، معرض “نبيو” للذهب والمجوهرات 2024، والذي يقام تحت رعاية دولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء ويُعد معرض نيبو للذهب والمجوهرات أكبر حدث سنوي في صناعة الذهب والمجوهرات بمصر، وهو ما يعكس ريادة مصر وتميزها في هذا المجال على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.
وخلال الافتتاح الرسمي، تم الكشف عن تفاصيل النسخة الجديدة من المعرض، والتي تقام خلال الفترة من 15 إلى 17 ديسمبر 2024، بمركز مصر للمعارض الدولية. ويشهد المعرض مشاركة 80 عارضًا من بينهم 49 علامة تجارية مصرية و31 عارضًا دوليًا، بالإضافة إلى جناحين مخصصين لكل من تركيا وإيطاليا للمرة الأولى، مما يعزز البعد الدولي للمعرض.
كما سيتضمن المعرض برامج وفعاليات مميزة أبرزها برنامج المشترين الدوليين، الذي يستضيف 166 مشاركًا من 19 دولة لتعزيز التعاون التجاري وزيادة الصادرات، ومسابقة تصميم المجوهرات التي شهدت مشاركة واسعة هذا العام من مصر و13 دولة أخرى، ومعرضًا فنيًا بعنوان “المجوهرات كانعكاس للهوية المصرية عبر التاريخ – الحقبة الفرعونية”
وخلال الافتتاح ، أعرب وزير التموين عن سعادته بإقامة معرض “نبيو” 2024، مشيرًا إلى أن هذا الحدث يجسد التعاون المثمر بين الدولة والقطاع الخاص، ويعكس رؤية مصر لأن تكون مركزًا عالميًا لصناعة الذهب والمجوهرات. كما أكد الوزير أن هذا المعرض يعكس الإرث الحضاري العريق لمصر في هذا المجال، ويمثل فرصة حقيقية لتعزيز الصناعات الوطنية وزيادة تنافسيتها في الأسواق العالمية
وأضاف الوزير أن وزارة التموين تعمل على تقديم كل الدعم اللازم للعارضين والمشاركين من خلال تسهيل الإجراءات وتوفير بيئة داعمة تحقق الاستفادة القصوى من هذا الحدث، مؤكدًا أن قطاع الذهب والمجوهرات يُعد أحد الركائز الاقتصادية الهامة التي تسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وزيادة الصادرات المصرية.
